Commercial Operations Coordinator
The Commercial Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day coordination between clients, suppliers and business partners. The role involves communication, transaction follow-up, document coordination and internal reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication with clients, suppliers and partners.
- Support sourcing and supply-related workflows.
- Track commercial transaction stages and deadlines.
- Assist with documentation and administrative follow-up.
- Maintain internal records of partner communication and transaction status.
- Support the director and management team in operational tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in trade, logistics, procurement, wholesale or commercial administration.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work with international partners.
- Understanding of basic commercial documents is an advantage.
- Singapore work eligibility preferred.
Trade & Supplier Relations Executive
The Trade & Supplier Relations Executive will help develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and commercial partners. The role is focused on sourcing, partner verification, quotation coordination and commercial communication.
Responsibilities
- Identify and communicate with potential suppliers.
- Support supplier onboarding and verification.
- Request, compare and structure commercial offers.
- Coordinate product information, timelines and transaction requirements.
- Maintain supplier database and communication history.
- Assist with market and product research.
Requirements
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, trading, B2B sales or supplier management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to compare commercial offers and identify practical risks.
- Familiarity with industrial or technical products is a plus.
- English required.
- Chinese, Malay, Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
