The Commercial Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day coordination between clients, suppliers and business partners. The role involves communication, transaction follow-up, document coordination and internal reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication with clients, suppliers and partners.
  • Support sourcing and supply-related workflows.
  • Track commercial transaction stages and deadlines.
  • Assist with documentation and administrative follow-up.
  • Maintain internal records of partner communication and transaction status.
  • Support the director and management team in operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in trade, logistics, procurement, wholesale or commercial administration.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with international partners.
  • Understanding of basic commercial documents is an advantage.
  • Singapore work eligibility preferred.
Trade Coordination

Trade & Supplier Relations Executive

Singapore Full-time / Hybrid

The Trade & Supplier Relations Executive will help develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and commercial partners. The role is focused on sourcing, partner verification, quotation coordination and commercial communication.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and communicate with potential suppliers.
  • Support supplier onboarding and verification.
  • Request, compare and structure commercial offers.
  • Coordinate product information, timelines and transaction requirements.
  • Maintain supplier database and communication history.
  • Assist with market and product research.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, trading, B2B sales or supplier management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to compare commercial offers and identify practical risks.
  • Familiarity with industrial or technical products is a plus.
  • English required.
  • Chinese, Malay, Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
